One-to-one sessions
One-to-one sessions are the quickest way to help you understand your body and reach your personal goals.
We recommend that you book a 1:1 session with us if you are new to Align Pilates by Rosie, so that we can direct you to the most suitable class and/or develop a personal Pilates plan for you. It is also recommended that you book a 1:1 session if you have any recent or ongoing health problems or injuries.
Our studio is fitted out with the very best Pilates equipment including Pro Reformers, Arc Ladder Barrels, chair and Cadillac. This allows clients to challenge their body, improve strength and flexibility and promote rehab in a safe environment.
Sport Specific One-to-one sessions
For those looking to help improve mobility and performance in sports such as golf, tennis and badminton, we can tailor a plan based around your specific needs. Align Pilates by Rosie has worked with a number of golfers and has a proven track record of improvement.
