Benefits of coming to a class:
Classes are an amazing way of keeping fit in a social setting, they are kept at a small size to ensure everyone gets the attention and feedback they need to make the most of their time in a safe and friendly environment. They are a great way to meet new people while also reducing stress. It is a time for you to focus on you and your body; providing the "me time" we all need.
What to expect when coming to class:
Before attending a class I recommend a one-to-one session first to assess your fitness, develop confidence in the movements to expect and provide a strong foundation on which to build on. I will also send you a quick questionnaire to fill out prior to class so I can get to know your body and any past or present issues, for example joint problems, lower back pain, any sources of stress. All of this is to ensure your experience in class is enjoyable, safe and productive.
All equipment is supplied and set up for you so you just need to bring yourself and moveable clothing. You may bring your own mat if you prefer.
At the end of the class you will be asked to wipe down your equipment.
The classes are £8 per class and they are paid monthly in blocks of 4-5 depending on the number of weeks in the month. If you cannot attend the same evening every week due to work or other commitments let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
