1:1 & Sport Specific Sessions

One-to-one sessions allow for a more tailored experience with time given to develop a personal plan to achieve your goals. During these bespoke sessions we can address and support you with any past or present niggles or limitations to your movement. 

Where do I start?

Step 1

at the start of your session
Come and meet us for a 1:1 session. We will ask if you are suffering from any pain or health issues and conduct a posture analysis.

Step 2

during your first session
We will find out about you and your goals during the session tailored to you.

Step 3

continue your journey
Feel the benefits of your first session. We will recommend exercises for you to try at home and advise on suitable classes for you.

Suitable for any level...

One-to-one sessions

One-to-one sessions are the quickest way to help you understand your body and reach your personal goals.

We recommend that you book a 1:1 session with us  if you are new to Align Pilates by Rosie, so that we can direct you to the most suitable class and/or develop a personal Pilates plan for you. It is also recommended that you book a 1:1 session if you have any recent or ongoing health problems or injuries. 

Our studio is fitted out with the very best Pilates equipment including Pro Reformers, Arc Ladder Barrels, chair and Cadillac. This allows clients to challenge their body, improve strength and flexibility and promote rehab in a safe environment.

Sport Specific One-to-one sessions

For those looking to help improve mobility and performance in sports such as golf, tennis and badminton, we can tailor a plan based around your specific needs. Align Pilates by Rosie has worked with a number of golfers and has a proven track record of improvement.

Pilates can help prevent injury and support you if you are suffering from a current or past injury. It builds core strength, stretches out hips and back for more flexibility, and can allow you to enjoy your sport without fear of recurring injury.
