Our Mat Classes

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, our mat classes build strength, flexibility and control. All our classes are small to allow you to get the most out of every session and all equipment is provided.

Suitable for any level...

Beginners class

A perfect class for someone who is looking to start their Pilates journey. This is a slower pace class allowing you to learn the fundamentals, set good habits and get the most out of your Pilates sessions.

We recommend you book a 1:1 session prior to starting a group class, particularly if you are new to Pilates. This allows us to be aware of any previous or current injuries and also to tailor exercises for you.

Beginners class

This is a slow-medium paced class allowing you to learn and build on the fundamentals, set and continue with good habits while learning new exercises. 

We recommend you book a 1:1 session prior to starting a group class, particularly if you are new to Pilates. This allows us to be aware of any previous or current injuries and also to tailor exercises for you.

Mixed ability class

This class has a range of beginners’ exercises with a little more pace and spicy challenges. It allows you to build on the foundation and good habits you have learnt while still using controlled specific movements. 

We recommend you book a 1:1 session prior to starting a group class, particularly if you are new to Pilates. This allows us to be aware of any previous or current injuries and also to tailor exercises for you.

Intermediate class

This class has a range of more complex Pilates exercises with a little more pace. These sessions will build on the foundation of the Beginners, Beginners/Intermediate and Mixed Ability classes and work on strength, coordination and flexibility.

Advanced class

This class challenges flexibility, strength and coordination with a faster pace and spicy exercises, while consolidating foundation practice and the good habits you have developed.
