Mummy & me Classes

Join our Mummy and Me Pilates to strengthen your body, focus on pelvic floor health, and bond with your baby. No childcare needed! For mums 6 weeks post-birth (12 weeks C-section) with not yet mobile babies.

This small class is designed to help new mums to regain their core strength, improve posture, address postpartum changes and incorporate baby-friendly exercise, in a fun, relaxed and supporting environment.

This class will help you to not only understand your body, but strengthen it too! We’ll focus on pelvic floor strengthening and improving posture – so you can enjoy precious moments with your baby. This is an intimate class with only 6 spaces.

No need for child care – babies are welcome as long as they are not yet mobile.

Suitable for mums who are:
