(within the following notice, the term ‘We’ and ‘Us’ relates to ‘Align Pilates with Rosie Ltd.’ and the term ‘You’ refers to the client of Align Pilates with Rosie Ltd.) 

The types of personal data we process: We will only collect personal data from you with your consent. We will request your name, address, date of birth, contact number, email address and health information relevant to the purposes of the business and we obtain this information directly from yourself. Under the rule of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we will only process this personal data with your prior consent. You can withdraw your consent for us to hold and process your personal data at any point, but we will therefore be required to suspend any business interaction with you as this personal data is required in order to make sure that your sessions are safe and tailored to your health condition(s). 

How we process personal data: We may pass your data on to organisations / individuals who administer services on our behalf, including Mailchimp and Coacha. However, we will never disclose your personal data to any entity with whom we do not have a working relationship. Owing to the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the data you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Any sharing of your personal data with third parties shall be in accordance with this Privacy Policy and with the Data Protection Legislation. 

How long we keep your data: Under GDPR we will only hold your data for as long as is necessary. We will keep your data whilst you are receiving Pilates sessions with us and for two years after you cease to attend sessions, after which we will destroy your data. If you re-attend sessions after this year, you will be required to complete a new client questionnaire. 

Your data subject rights: Your right to be informed is stated previously in these terms and conditions. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold on you. To receive this information, please contact [email protected]. You have the right of rectification (i.e to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete). To update your information, please contact [email protected]. You have the right to be forgotten – you can ask for the data we hold on you to be erased from our records. You have the right of portability – you can request that we transfer any data that we hold on you to another company. You have the right to restrict processing – you can request that we limit the way we use your personal data. You have the right to object – you can challenge certain types of processing, such as direct marketing. You have the right related to automated decision making including profiling: you are free to request a review of automated processing if you believe the rules aren’t being followed. You are free to exercise your rights.
