Join our Mummy and Me Pilates to strengthen your body, focus on pelvic floor health, and bond with your baby. No childcare needed! For mums 6 weeks post-birth (12 weeks C-section) with not yet mobile babies.

Where do I start?

Step 1

at the start of your session
Come and meet us for a 1:1 session. We will ask if you are suffering from any pain or health issues and conduct a posture analysis.

Step 2

during your first session
We will find out about you and your goals during the session tailored to you.

Step 3

continue your journey
Feel the benefits of your first session. We will recommend exercises for you to try at home and advise on suitable classes for you.
